Ocean Prime Las Vegas

Premier seafood restaurant on the Las Vegas strip. We went around 6:30 on a Saturday night with reservations and walked into a 3/4 full beautiful space. Views weren't amazing but the atmosphere inside the restaurant was modern and cool. By the end of our meal, the restaurant was full. The food was spectacular, not a single miss. I loved the Caesar salad. Very simple but delicious (picture shows a half portion - we split it). The shrimp cocktail (I know, cliche) was delicious but, I've had better at restaurants that weren't as nice/expensive. The main however, were amazing. The scallops were juicy and tender, cooked perfectly and paired well with the risotto. The sea bass was probably the best piece of fish I've ever eaten. Succulent and flavorful, it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Sommelier, Josh was fantastic and friendly. Both his recommendation and his conversation added significantly to our experience. Otherwise, the service, although friendly was a bit clumsy and at times, absent. You should definitely go here for an excellent seafood dinner.

Really cool spot. I generally do not like to sit outside but the patio overlooking the strip is neat. The patio is spacious and comfortable. The food was fabulous. The 10 oz filet was a prime cut of beef served hot, seasoned and cooked to perfection. One of the best and most underrated steaks anywhere. The loaded baked potato was a nice compliment to the steak. It was a good size. The smoked Gouda tater tots were a unique item that had a pleasant flavor with a light, tasty batter. The roasted brussel sprouts were excellent. Most places overcook them, but Ocean Prime cooked them perfectly that left the flavor of the brussel sprouts intact. The service was professional and attentive. I will definitely go back. The bar was modern and seemed like a lively happy hour spot.

We had absolutely impeccable service from Colby and the others that worked with him. The hamachi crudo was so flavorful and scrumptious. The calamari was really delicious as well. The oysters were fresh, and the deviled eggs were aesthetically pleasing and good. I loved the picante cocktail along with the sidecar I ordered. I decided to get the red snapper and I enjoyed the way it was seasoned with the sauce it came with. I also got the lobster mac & cheese and added truffle to it. I was able to get the twice baked potato without bacon. Everything is made fresh to order so they are able to make any modifications. The bathrooms are very clean and nice too. Highly recommend visiting here.

My friend and I visited here while in Vegas to have dinner and had a delicious dinner in a wonderful atmosphere. We sat outside and the ambience of the roof top set to the Vegas backdrop was breathtaking. I ordered the new york strip with shrimp and my friend ordered the halibut, both were mouthwatering. For dessert I had the 10 layer carrot cake, all I can say is yum!!

We dinned here the end of August 2023 for my wife's 55'th Bday. HANDS DOWN. The best service service we have ever experienced. The staff were amazing. From the reception to the waiters, to the Somalia and the manager. The meal was perfection. Appetizers were presented with a dry ice fog and so fresh. Amazing steak and fish dinners. Balance. The staff worked as a team. We had no less than 5-6 people waiting on us throughout the evening. They anticipated your every desire. They never intruded while we were relaxing and enjoying the moment in conversation, but yet somehow were always there to help. (help to choose the wine, appetizers and meals) Not inexpensive. You can easily drop $1K with cocktails and wine with dinner. OP is worth it. We use our experience to measure all dinning experiences we have ever or will ever have. This was perfection.

As Ocean Prime is a new spot on the Vegas strip, we had to check it out. The vibe was awesome and they had great music playing which set a fantastic tone. Considering how upscale it was, there steak prices were very reasonable. The sushi appetizers tasted wonderful. Our waitress was exceptional which is sometimes tough to find these days.

This place is beautiful and the food is delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the sushi, the rice is far too dense and has a weird texture. All the steaks were cooked perfectly and has such a deep flavor. The bathroom is also the best on the strip, fully stocked with everything you could imagine, even caudalie facial mist (I actually squealed with happiness when I saw that)! UPDATE: They added brunch and it’s spectacular! Make sure to sit on the patio
